If for any reason you are not happy with the coins you receive, simply get in touch using the form on the Contact Us page. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the coins.
When contacting us to arrange a return, please mention which coins you wish to return and the date you bought them, the more information we receive, the quicker we can process your return. If you wish to return a high value coin, please also mention this as we may need to arrange a different return method.
We will send you a pre-paid tracked postage returns label. When you receive your returns label, send your coin back to us ensuring it is in the same condition as it was when you received it. Secure the coin so it doesn't move around in the packaging. Please note, we don't accept returned coins that have tape directly on the coin, as this damages them, instead, feel free to reuse the coin pouch supplied.
Please do not send returns to any address other than the one provided on the pre-paid postage return label. This may result in the coin going missing and we will not be able to process your refund.
